All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is displayed when the bonus is offered and again when it is activated.
• Bonuses have a time limit within which wagering requirements must be met. If the time limit expires before requirements are completed, the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings will be removed.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless specifically stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. Any pattern of behaviour that 88fe determines to be bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, hedging bets across markets to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, or structured play designed to circumvent bonus conditions — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.
• 88fe reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already activated at the point of amendment will be honoured under the original terms.

Free bet credits and bonus funds are not withdrawable directly. Only winnings that meet the applicable wagering requirements and exceed the minimum withdrawal threshold can be withdrawn.

The 88fe Betting and Bet sections cover sports betting across cricket, football, esports and other markets. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• A bet is confirmed and becomes binding the moment it is accepted by the 88fe system. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the user.
• All bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as published by the governing body. For cricket, this means the result as confirmed by the ICC, PCB or relevant tournament authority.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to 88fe's specific sport rules for that event type. Typically, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes are returned, unless sufficient play has occurred for a result to be determined under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern or equivalent method.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. 88fe reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point during an event, including between deliveries or during breaks in play.
• If a bet is accepted in error due to a technical fault or obvious pricing error, 88fe reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake. This applies to both pre-match and in-play markets.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets. These limits are displayed in the market information before placing a bet.
• Accumulator bets are accepted subject to the standard rules for each individual selection within the accumulator. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the accumulator continues with the remaining selections at revised odds.

For PSL markets specifically: 88fe follows the official PSL match result as declared by PCB. In the event of a No Result or a Tie that goes to a Super Over, settlement follows the final declared outcome including any Super Over result.

The 88fe Casino and Slots sections offer live dealer games, slot titles and table game variants. The following conditions apply to use of the casino and slots areas of the platform:

• All casino games are provided by third-party game suppliers. The game rules, return-to-player percentages and technical specifications for each game are governed by the respective supplier and are displayed within the game interface.

The casino and slots sections share the same PKR balance as the betting section. You can move between sections of the platform without any internal fund transfer. Your full account balance is available across all sections at all times.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88fe platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances pending investigation:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details, is prohibited.
• False identity: Providing false, inaccurate or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.

• Arbitrage betting: Systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies between 88fe and other platforms in a manner that guarantees profit regardless of outcome, where such behaviour is determined to be non-recreational in nature.
• Money laundering: Using the 88fe platform to process, layer or conceal funds obtained through illegal means. 88fe is required to report suspicious transactions and cooperate fully with any relevant financial investigation.
• Underage access: Allowing or assisting a person under the age of 18 to access or use an 88fe account.

88fe reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicious account activity that requires investigation before normal use can be resumed.
• A valid request for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder through the Responsible Gaming tools.

To the fullest extent permitted, 88fe's liability to any user is limited to the PKR balance held in that user's account at the time of any claim. 88fe is not liable for:

• Losses arising from a user's failure to maintain account security.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.
• Losses arising from events outside 88fe's reasonable control, including network outages, device failures or connectivity issues on the user's side.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you believe 88fe has made an error in settling a bet or processing a transaction, you must raise a dispute within 30 days of the relevant transaction. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.
